These terms apply to the MailHero hosted beta. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review AI-generated output before acting on it.

AI output

AI-generated summaries and replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying output, editing drafts, and deciding whether to send or save content.

Your accounts and content

You must have permission to process the Gmail and Notion content you provide. You remain responsible for your content and for complying with your organization’s policies and applicable law.

Custom providers

If you configure a custom model provider or gateway, you are responsible for that provider, its charges, credentials, availability, and data handling.

Beta availability

The hosted beta is provided for evaluation and may change, experience interruptions, or impose usage limits. Do not rely on it as the sole record of important business information.

Community edition

Open-source components are governed by the license included with their source code. Self-hosted deployments are operated and secured by the person or organization deploying them.
