The best email memory is not an archive of everything. It is a small, deliberate collection of decisions, promises, and context you will want again.

MailHero treats Notion as your destination, not as a hidden backend. You authorize the pages, choose the database, review what will be written, and click Save.

Choose an existing database or create one in an authorized page

If you already have a knowledge base, select it from the database picker. If you start from a page, MailHero can create a MailHero database inside that page and add only the fields it needs. Existing fields with the same name are preserved.

Decide what to keep

  • Save a reviewed Case Brief with the original email excluded by default.
  • Include the original content when the source matters for future review.
  • Choose overwrite for an existing Gmail thread or always create a new record.
  • Load selected past records later as reply context.

The result is yours

Records live in the Notion workspace you authorized. You can rename fields, add views, move pages, or stop using the connection at any time. MailHero only writes when you ask it to.
